A backyard pizza club.
Why?
Because pizza is already great! But I wouldn’t be the person I am if I didn’t even for a second think about what if I needed to start a pizza making business?
A learning experience
I love pizza and started to make home made pizza about 2 years ago in my June oven. This was great but like anything I evolved and my interest grew so I started to make my own dough and now Sun day pizza is where I’m at.
Making pizza is very rewarding but sometime frustrating. Overall I enjoy it very much. But of course I needed to make it something larger.
Neighborhood Pizza Club was just a design exercise. To get an idea out. To take some of the things I love and assemble it together.
Not too serious
Pizza people online tend to be very serious about pizza. I enjoy making my own dough and firing up the Gozney and cranking out a few pizzas for the family. maybe one day I’ll invite people over and have a pizza party. Its all about that experience. Friends some good ZA! and thats it.
